Just a few woots :)

Haven't been on much lately, so I thought I'd do a quick update (because I'm getting pretty stinkin' proud of myself).

*Started a Whole 30 almost two weeks ago, and I've lost about 10 pounds.

*In the past month I have gone from a 5 rep max on back squat at 45 pounds to 85 pounds.

*After a week of practice, I've gotten my FREAKIN' TOES TO THE FREAKIN' BAR!!!

*My hands are starting to be rougher than sandpaper, and I'm damn proud of it!

Good stuff! I don't know if I should be more impressed with two weeks of clean eating or almost doubling your squat—either way, nicely done.
