I also improved my 2 mile time by 2min 30sec (down to 21min 30sec) and I improved my 3 mile time by 4 minutes (down to 35 minutes) !! I think it was because I was really frustrated and agitated, but hey, turn that negative energy into something good, right?! Link to comment
