Just chatting about general fitness things and what-have-yous. He mentioned that he had only ever seen one person do a pistol squat in person (must also note this guy his built like a Mack Truck). I decided to try one, never having attempted any of the progressions, and BAM!! got it on the first try! I felt special being one of two people this guy has ever seen do a pistol squat.
