30 pounds down in 6 months, woot.

Today is exactly 6 months since I decided to eat better and lift heavy things, and it's also the day i've weighed in and lost exactly 30lbs, going from 235 to 205. I've certainly put on some muscle in that time as well, and I can now play squash without feeling the need to vomit by the end. :smug:

Haven't used the forum much but the advice on here as been very useful, so thought if this just helps 1 rebel keep going then it's worth posting, I've still got along way to go myself. Here's a head-shot Before & Now, best I can do as I didn't start taking body photos until recently. Thanks for all the great help on here.
