Hey!

I have just discovered this website and I am completely addicted. I am a university student who works a lot. The weight crept on me and I have finally decided to make a permanent change in my life. I have started changing my diet and exercise (mostly cardio) before finding this website but the results have been super slow :ambivalence:. So hopefully focusing on strength will create more of a difference.

I am super excited to have a community that supports one another through this journey.
