Jiigigaw
Sure they can. But in my head those two things don't go together, is all. I mean, I can eat a steak and get 1000 calories. I just can't even imagine how you'd go about it as a vegetarian.Didn't say it wasn't possible, just that it wasn't the way I usually thought of them.Macadamia nuts are one of the most calorie dense foods EVAH!!!! There is also cheese, avocados, and many other foods that can easily crank up the calorie count. I prefer the steak, but vegetarians can pack on the cals if they need to. Link to comment
TheOtherScott
Good nutrition keeps you relatively on your game even if your training falters. So it's worth investing some time into figuring out what to eat and what to skip out on. PR's5k - 21:2910k - 47:26 43:2921.1 - 2:05:26 1:44:21 Link to comment
