Need a subsitute for my squat.

I have a genetically bad vertebrate. I had to wear a back brace for about a month to subdue the pain after intense aggravation. I tried to do a bodyweight squat today and could not keep my back straight and felt a really sharp pain in my lower back (my original pain). I can't squat down without terrible form. Any advice on a substitute. My routine was:

Seated Row (alternating with Good Mornings)

Bench

Deadlifts

Squat

Anything that I could substitue for a squat that would not place as much pressure on the back?

Yikes, backs are the worst thing to mess with. You should probably stop deadlifting too. Are you doing weighted squats or air squats and how much are you deadlifting?
