iamcalledjosh Posted August 5, 2012 Report Share Posted August 5, 2012 I'm insanely happy and had to share this with someone!I've had a weird back injury for a long time now that has meant when I bend over my left leg gets really tight and hurts, it's been really inconvenient so when I started exercising I made a pact to do stretches every day to restore my flexibility. This morning after my stretches I was walking down the hall and suddenly I felt something ping all the way up the tight leg and into my lower back, I was terrified that I'd overtrained and had aggravated the injury. I bent down to check and....no pain! I can almost touch my toes again (after being barely able to touch my knees!)!Something literally snapped back into place and I can't quite explain how much this means to me!!WOOT Link to comment
