So I haven't really lost all that much weight... which I now understand is because of the workouts I'm doing. But I am okay with that because I'm seeing leaps and bounds in other departments.

In the last 8ish weeks these are the improvements I've seen:

Bench went from 100 to 150 on sets of 5.

Deadlift went from 130 to 190 on sets of 5.

Overhead from 50 to 90 on sets of 5.

Squat from 130 to 210 on sets of 5.

I feel better, look better, and am better than I have ever been before!!!

-What do you hear?

-Nothing but the rain

-Then grab your gun and bring in the cat.
