I think that has been my issue my whole life, quick fixes to get to some goal, not forever. I am 36 years old, married working mom of 2 very little ones. I started off in Dec '11 at 231 lbs. Did I mention I am 5'4"? This morning (post vacation and a 2 lb gain) I am 169. I have been using MyFitnessPal religiously (165+ days logged in consecutively) and am 1 day away from finishing Couch to 5k. I have quickly become a runner, something I never thought could happen (nor did I want it to). I am still trying to balance the working out and eating right. The eating goes great but adding the workouts sometimes poses calorie challenges. Looking forward to being more active here. Nice meeting you!!! Link to comment
