Nervous noob looking to change her life

Hello everyone. I'm Mary and I'm here for the same reason a lot of people are. I want to change my health and do it for the better. I'm very nervous to start working out and changing my diet. What I plan on working on is my stamina and my strength, also I would like to tone certain parts of my body.

I'm completely new at this. Literally, I've never worked out a day in my life. I'm really glad I found this place and hopefully with some help and guidance and I can better myself. ^_^

I wish for nothing more than the successful completion of your mission and my own.

It's been a really long time. How have you been? I've been really busy being dead. You know...after you murdered me? Okay look, we both said a lot of things that you're going to regret. But I think we should put our differences behind us. For science. You monster.
