I am 25, I come from southwest England and I work from home in customer services. I have wanted to get fit for some time as my fitness level has dropped massively since going from working in a physical job in a quarry to starting a desk job about 5 years ago but I never knew a whole lot about strength training or fitness in general and I found Nerd fitness online and knew straight away I'd found the site for me I then sat reading the blog and articles for about 2 hours, so here I am introducing myself to the rebellion! The ranger class fits my varied goals best I think and so I shall soon be posting away in the guild forum and I look forward to getting to know my fellow rebels across the site. Oh I should probably add I'm a massive nerd haha give me some super strength coffee, some sci fi to watch followed by a video game or two and I'm a happy dude!Cheers,Skaar Link to comment
