spezzy
for those of you talking about marathon runners and not wanting to do strength training, check out strengthrunning.com. it's run by the guy who cowrote the rebel running guide who has like a 2:30 marathon time and does do strength training.granted its different than what I do, but it's still strength.as for the original question, of you're looking to accelerate weight loss adding in long walks (fast paced, up hill works best), sprints (fast paced, up hill works best) or something quick and dirty like tabata burpees to your routine.I'd recommend any of those over c25k. aj_rock
Mr. Fitzgerald recommends about the amount I was thinking He just has oodles and oodles of pages to explain it properly s'all Why must I put a name on the foods I choose to eat and how I choose to eat them? Rather than tell people that I eat according to someone else's arbitrary rules, I'd rather just tell them, I eat healthy. And no, my diet does not have a name.My daily battle log! Link to comment
