OldManAsh
It's time to get back into the fight after years of stagnation. In my early twenties I was just out of college. I lifted seriously, counted every calorie I ate, and was on a first name basis with most of the major supplement manufacturers. In my late twenties I was a corporate shill making more money than I knew what to do with, while totally neglecting my physical, mental, and emotional health. 3 krispy kreme's and coffee for breakfast 5 days a week? Sure, why not!In my early thirties I hit rock bottom. The details are unimportant, but it's only after you've lost everything that you're free to do anything. Now in my mid-thirties, I'm starting over with a new diet, fitness, and life goals. Nothing can or will stand in my way.Let's do this! I just posted a few of my own, and I feel like this is the kind of place that will help keep them on track. Looking forward to hearing how it goes!- BenHo Link to comment
