Back in the saddle

It's time to get back into the fight after years of stagnation.

In my early twenties I was just out of college. I lifted seriously, counted every calorie I ate, and was on a first name basis with most of the major supplement manufacturers.

In my late twenties I was a corporate shill making more money than I knew what to do with, while totally neglecting my physical, mental, and emotional health. 3 krispy kreme's and coffee for breakfast 5 days a week? Sure, why not!

In my early thirties I hit rock bottom. The details are unimportant, but it's only after you've lost everything that you're free to do anything.

Now in my mid-thirties, I'm starting over with a new diet, fitness, and life goals. Nothing can or will stand in my way.

Let's do this!
