1st 6 weeks of getting back in shape...gains & losses

Today is officially the end of my 6th week, here's the damage.

Stats: 6 ft 186lbs

After 6 weeks:

Weight +3lbs (I need to order a weight gainer)

Chest +1 1/2 inches (40 1/4 inches)

Stomach -2 1/4 inches (35 inches)

Waist -1/2 inch (37 inches)

Neck +2 inches (18 1/2 inches)

Biceps +1 1/2 inches (13 3/4 inches)

Forearms +1/2 inch (11 1/2 inches)

Thighs +2 inches (24 inches)

Calves no change (still 16 inches...damnit)

Not too bad for just getting my body back into shape so I could start hitting challenges & doing serious weight training (I think). I don't know, y'all tell me.
