Ja_rossjr
I am in the Army, and am a combat guy. My favorite phrase in the world is "With your sheild or on it." So today I was googling spartan workouts when I stumbled across this website. I started reading, and fell in love. So here I am.I am already a decently fit person, but I have a motto I tell my soldiers all the time, "there is always room to improve." That is what I am wanting to do. Improve my fitness and physique (I am one of the tall slender types) I am excited to be here and start my journey on continued fitness! Ja_rossjr
To stick with quitting smoking, and just continue to become more fit than I already am. Possibly score higher than the max number of points on the Army PT test (at the 17-21 bracket, being 24 I like showing those guys up.) Ja_rossjr
284 out of 300 on my scale, but since I always grade myself on the 17-21, I get a 286 (if only the army would count that...)
