Reenzo
My wife is joining the Rebellion! She doesn't know it by name, exactly, but she is starting to exercise with me Monday. She has a bad knee (torn meniscus, surgery coming in Oct), and is 5'4", about 185 lbs.I will keep on with my workout plan, and for her, we plan on walking (she can do that level of activity on her knee without further damage), plus crunches and some low level weights for her arms.Given she can't do much with her legs, what else does the NF community suggest? My thoughts are to focus on core exercises, e.g. leg raises, planks, standing twists. Our target is 20-30 minutes. Thanks!Reno Link to comment
