ponita
I've been doing CrossFit for 3 weeks now and absolutely love it (except for the 45 minutes I hate it WHILE actually doing it). Anyway, they just started a youth CrossFit program and I convinced my husband that it would be great for our 9-year old son. He'll start this week and I am so excited for him! The programs are age-based so that it won't be too intense and is appropriate for their fitness levels.Anyone else have experience with similar youth programs? Did your kids like it? LRB
No experience, except that I have brought my nine-year-old, and separately my twelve-year-old, to my box to workout and they have successfully done (and LOVED) the WOD. I see that you posted about a month ago -- update please? Has he gone? Did he like it? Is he sticking with it?
