Crossed off an item on my list of awesomeness today...

So I was at the gym stretching before my pullups (first exercise of the workout) and I saw this guy doing handstand pushups. (the wall stabalized ones.)

Well this is on my list of awesomeness under the fitness section. Well I was not planning on getting to these for a few months, but the guy had me do a handstand, just to see if I can do it. After I did my handstand, he told me to try a pushup, so I did. BAM! Got it. We talked for a few more minutes, I commented that now that I know I can do one I needed to practice it. He told me to at least give it one more try today. So I did. BAM!!! Got two!

So I did a total of three solid handstand pushups! It felt great.

I actually have put foreward no dedicated training toward it, my regular workouts just so happened to be good enough. But I suggest get in some good shoulder, back, and core; that is where I felt it the most. And of course streangthen the wrists as much as possible.
