A new challenger arises.

If this gets to long winded I'm sorry ahead of time. I'm just coming off of a 2.5 year hiatus from my fitness plan due to shortcomings and priorities I've allowed to take control of my life while readjusting to normal people. I'm 24 years old, stand 6'2, and weigh something in the neighborhood of 260 pounds. I used to be more but I started exercising about a month ago and lost somehwere between 15 and 20 pounds. I've been reading the blogs here for about that length of time and decided what the hell you all seem like similiar minded people let's take a chance. My background is a pretty active childhood and early adult life including time in the army but unfortunately I've let bad habits take root and now feel like the breaking them. End of story nice to make everyone's acquaintance.
