Suck it gravity!!!Even after a long tme off from foot surgery, I've noticed great gains in strenght and overall health since going (mostly) primal. So, I gues two woots. Link to comment
Lanius Posted September 1, 2012 Report Share Posted September 1, 2012 Awesome! I am humbled in that I've managed to only do a single chin-up so far. I still do about 3 sets of 6 negative chin-ups twice a week though so I will improve that soon. What other advice do you have to improve one's chin-up count? Link to comment
