Sanguine Posted August 31, 2012 Report Share Posted August 31, 2012 I'm a new member, since I started actively trying to lose weight I have lost 3.5 stone or 49lb. I am now moving into the second stage of my plan to increase fitness with a three-day repeating body-weight workout. I am also eating fully paleo. It's always nice to meet such a supportive community and I am proud to be joining you. Link to comment

Sanguine Posted August 31, 2012 Author Report Share Posted August 31, 2012 I switched to being a vegetarian for 2 years to try and lower the calorie income of my diet. As for exercise I ran for 30 mins on a treadmill every night for about 3 months. Link to comment
