Josh_C
Joel Runyon, in concert with Vic Magary (co-author of the Rebel Strength Guide) just released their "Impossible Abs" program. Laney
I hate how these sites are laid out, it looks like a scam-y "work at home and make zillions!" kit. I'll have to look into it more without the gimmicky splash page, but my budget isn't looking so good for a while. Level 3 Time Lord AdventurerChallenge Thread| | Cosplay Blog | | Link to comment

Kishi
In the interest of following my program to the end... no. But given the names attached to the project? I trust that it's a good program. Work like a farmer, train like an athlete, fight like a soldier. 2 Tim. 2:3-6 BATTLE! Link to comment

Nocturnis
Yeah I agree with the whole splash page thing however it is their job to sell their product. Vic Magary is legit and has some decent products. As for losing 30lbs in 2 months its quite possible so that doesn't seem like a fake testimony. I don't have the money plus I already have a ton of reading I need to do. But if you do buy it let me know how it is. The Tin Man
I follow Joel on the Twitter so I did know about this, but I have no interest. I know it's not scammy but I just have no interest in changing my bodyfat that much. The Tin Man: Cyborg Ranger Tin Man's Out of Date Epic Quest I am what I do. Link to comment

I feel great! – Justin, Chicago"Smells like a hot steamy load to me.I did more than that when I started (actually close to the 30lbs in the first month), but that was a switch from pizza and chinese takeout with no exercise to a tri-weekly bodyweight routine with lots of walking in between and full paleo. Granted, I had more pounds on me than Thermopylae popularly had Spartans, so...Basically, I'll believe it if Justin in Chicago was morbidly obese when he started. Link to comment

I don't think Steve is full of it... maybe these guys aren't either. That said, I don't really see a need to change my routine. It's working out just fine for me. Also, Steve is fixing my health for free (though, I'm likely going to buy a book just to get him some cash as a thank you).
