FatChocobro
I started turning my life around earlier this year, with all the other New Year's Resolution people. I had no real goal (and still don't) to just be the person I wanted to be, instead of wishing I was.I'm a 26 years old and around 225 lbs. I've been following Lou Schuler and Alwyn Cosgrove's "New Rules of Lifting." I was completely green when it came to physical fitness or even working out in general.Since January, I'm a ex-smoker (cold turkey) and I'm down 20 lbs. from my original weight. I still have quite a way to go, but I'm pressing on. I joined this community to extend my resources and hopefully make a few new friends.Thank you! Link to comment

SnTFitness
Great job on getting into being healthier, I am just past 11 months of quitting smoking (2 packs + a day). I just stopped one day and haven't really had an urge since. I wish you all the success you can grab. Link to comment
