New from the UK

:) Hi there.. I'm Dina.. & I'm from London!

I've been lurking on NerdFitness for aaages, but never known where to begin, so here I guess? I'm following a Paleo diet with a little IF, I started weight training a month back., I use other diet forums but not usually full of people on the same kind of healthy eating lifestyle ;) or women who do weights..

So hey..

Haha thanks,

I mainly do it with my boyfriend, but alas the machines on my own :( every time I am in the gym.. I muster up courage to enter the free weights area..atm got to grabbing a barbell & running away...so still not at the point where I sit & bench press on my own (not that I would, cos I'd probably drop them on my face!!)

I don't really know where to start on here?

Still learning about exercises and such still, & have read a lot of Steve's articles..
