Crom Posted September 9, 2012 Report Share Posted September 9, 2012 Quick background;-rapidly approaching 40-been working out for over a year and dropped 14 kg's-been playing with diet, but only today made the decision to go paleo, great site to help me get started....thanks-moved from the normal trendy gym to a hard as nails shed in an industrial area with MMA style training (kettle bells, tractor tyres etc) a few months back and loving itother than that, married with two kids, desk job, hectic life, and play the bagpipes in a pipes and drums band.As far as a class, probably somewhere between Adventurer and Warrior. Leaning down, but looking to increase all of my lifts.Goals-drop from 98 to 90 kg-do Kokoda next year-bench 100kg-do the full range of chin ups and climb the ropes to the gym rooftalk to you all soon Link to comment

Sounds like a big improvement on training, have your results picked up positively since the change in environment? I couldn't do a single chin-up when I started, but you'll get there -- never quit.
