Parents commenting on my weight loss Woot!

So tonight I was trying to fix the dryer timer at Mum and Dad's place tonight, and my Mum looked at me as I hoisted myself from out behind the dryer, and said "holy crap are you ever scrawny".

So I guess there is a parental woot, and a hoisting/getting out of a tight space woot to be had!

My Mum isn't totally supportive of my diet/lifestyle, working out, or running, so for her to say anything about my change is huge. She is somewhat paleo (not in those words) already, so when I go home for supper (not very often), it isn't ever pasta, or bread-based, so I can at least eat there. My running scares her, but tonight she's really acknowledged that I have made a huge change in the last few months.
