Checking my Math

So a quick question or three.

Back at the beginning of this current challenge I weighed 195 with a BF of 25%. That means I had 48.75 lbs of fat (195*.25) correct? If I currently weigh 183 with BF of 19-20% that means I have 34.77 pounds (183*.19) of fat currently. So it would appear that I have lost 14 pounds of fat (48.75 - 34.77) and put on 2 pounds of muscle (195-14 = 181 + 2 pounds of muscle = 183)?

Do my calculations look to be correct?

Thanks.

Math checks out. The last calculation looks a little ad hoc but it works. Normally we'd calculate your lean body masses (~146 and 148 in your case) and use the difference to determine muscle gain.

Assuming the data is reasonably accurate this is a pretty good shift in body comp. How many weeks did you do this in?
