RebornShame Posted September 11, 2012 Report Share Posted September 11, 2012 Hey everyone,i found this site tryn to look for a workout/fitness plan thingy and thought this site looked pretty cool. so i poked around a bit on here to find some workout/fitness stuff. every other time i've searched for things to do, it always gave me things i had to buy, or go to the gym. no cheep ol me can get some muscle at home for free, and hopin to stick to it.I can't really give a stat comparison, since i started only a week ago, but i can say thisIm about 6'0-6'2I weigh 134 poundsCurrently, i can only do about 20 pushups(sad, i no)38 situps in a minuteI just did a mile run and got 12:37, but was exhausted afterwards(i ran about 3 1/2 of the 8 laps)also 3 pullupsI'm hopin that thisll get me in good enough shape to where i can do parkour(my motivation )so wish me luck.(imma need it) Link to comment
