Plank goal smashed!

Wow, well done! I've been really working on my planks lately and have been making pretty good strides, so I know how good it feels when you hit a target. Did my first 3min plank the other day, but I have to be completely rested to last that long. Did some today after an intense weights session yesterday and barely managed to hold for two minutes. Abs are fickle friends haha
