I did about 3.5 miles, and while I was definitely slower, it was just nice to be out and doing something and to know that being sick hadn't erased all the gains I've made in recent weeks. Onward!! I'm really glad I did it - I don't always have the greatest track record with sticking to exercise programs, so I'm glad I didn't let this obstacle detail me!
