Greetings! fresh meat for this place...

I started getting into fitness and nutrition starting in January of this year. This site is something I've only recently stumbled upon, but since I'm a general nerd and also into fitness now, it seems perfectly up my alley.

My name is Mike and I go by a lot of different aliases. My transformation started with doing Insanity and eating less which got me skinny (137lbs at 5'6''). Then after that I decided it was time to try to gain some muscle mass. In March I started Stronglifts 5x5 and have had much success with that. I am now around 144lbs and most of those gains being muscle. Diet has been one thing that slipped, and now I am trying out the Paleo eat when you're hungry but eat good food lifestyle.

Some of the tools/sites I use to monitor what is working or just to log are as follows:

MyFitnessPal

Fitbit Ultra pedometer (seriously love this thing)

Nike Pegasus shoes for walking/jogging/sometimes running/sprinting.

Well, that's a little bit about me and where I'm at. I'm also a huge gamer/general nerd.
