the_griff Posted September 18, 2012 Report Share Posted September 18, 2012 Hi Rebel Army!This is my first post, I want to be just more strong and fit, reading Staci's story on your site was really an eye-opener about not just losing weight but just being fit!Anywho, I lifted my personal max on Deadlift yesterday: 170 lbs! I am 145 lbs and 5' 5", unsure if that is anything out of the ordinary, but I am pleased to have lifted so much. I want to be more of a pwoerlifter in the coming days, weeks, months. Powerlifters! Keep pushing and I bet you will get to the 200lb marker before you know it. If anything I would recommend making sure your form is absolutely perfect. Look up some deadlifting form videos and some of the big time powerlifters will have good advice for you in their videos about all heavy lifts.
