Weight Loss Milestone

I have been floating around 230 to 240 lbs since I was 18 at least.

But for the first time of my adult life I stepped on a scale and the first number wasn't a 2.

I am below 200 lbs for the first time in my adult life.

I immediately took a picture to commemorate the moment although I'm not sure how to post it on here. The image button isn't working.

Goals

  1. Long Term: 12% body fat by Dec 31st, 2013
  2. Mid Term: 22% body fat by Feb 6, 2013 (23rd birthday) - Current: 26%
  3. Short Term diet: 64oz of water a day for the first week of January.
  4. Short Term exercise: Increase reps on The Big Four.
