Hello, my name is...

Tristien. You can call me T if you're that lazy about it. I'm a 210 pounder, though I've lost 50 pounds since September of 2010, and I'm still going lower once I can punch past my current weight-loss plateau.

I'm aiming to go military in the future, and so I'm working to get fit for that purpose.

I like self-reliance. I prefer not to use equipment if I don't have to. I prefer just to use my brain and body for most things, and the everyday objects around me like MacGyver would, if I must. I also do paleo and warrior diets, with a major emphasis on meats for protein. Any advice for weight loss and dieting, starting parkour or mma, I can help with.

And for a host of various subjects, I tend to be knowledgeable about, having learned quite a bit in my quest to be a polymath.
