Hello All!

I just went Paelo, I've Crossfitted on and off for a few years and today is a great day to start the Paleo Challenge/Crossfit Goals.

Nor-Cal Resident

Loves Baseball and Disneyland

Tell me how to navigate this place! :)

Thanks and Laugh a Little!

Goals:

Crossfit 3x per week

Follow the 6 week Paleo Challenge

Lose 10 lbs

Increase Cardio to 5x per week (currently 2 excluding Crossfit)

Lower my Golf Handicap by two more strokes (Currently 24.5)
