Another new guy!

I've been reading Nerd Fitness for a few months and finally decided to sign up and participate. I have been working on making myself fitter and healthier over the past few years but only for the last year have I actually really been motivate to make major changes. I have lost over 60 lbs. from my heaviest weight and am now in a normal range for my height and I am working on StrongLifts 5x5 as well as planning on running a 5K in the future. I should have done all of this earlier in lift but at 54 it's never too late to start!
