Hey Everybody

Hey,

I am new to the forums but have been following the Nerd Fitness Rebellion blog for a while now and I finally decided to get involved in the community since a support group is one of the main things I am missing.

I am hoping to improve in all aspects. Up until now I have been completely mediocre, I could lift decently but never that much, I could run decently fast but never the fastest, I am hoping to finally break through my mediocre barrier. I am glad to be here and hope to have some fun together.

with real dedication of time and material (your body and food) you can totally take this on and nail it. It is good however to be specific with your goals. How strong (i.e. how much do you want to lift)? how fast (a mile time in mind)? It's good to really nail this stuff down.

good news though is you have come to the right place for any and all information and we will be here with open arms to help anyway we can. :D
