Paleo for 2 years, currently do Pilates reformer 2x week, work with a trainer doing strength training 1x month. I go hiking on the odd weekend as well, usually a moderate 5 mile rt. I go on an annual motorcycle trip which requires some strength, so before the trip I'm very motivated to get strong and will be in the gym 4-5 mornings a week doing strength training and Pilates. After the trip, I find my rationalization for sleeping gains ground, I lose momentum and stagnate. I'm working on at least getting up at 5am every day, no requirement to go to the gym except on Pilates days. Looking to lean out a little more, still kind of soft around the middle. Always been a rebel, so looking forward to meeting y'all.
