Is this thing on??

Hey everyone!!

Nemo, 25, female. Adventurer (for the time being).

Brief introduction: I've lost weight over the past year/18 months, pretty much just because I stopped eating out of boredom/general negative feelings, but I've lost muscle as well as fat. I'm happy enough with my size/weight but my fitness & energy levels and physical strength are abysmal. These are my good years, and I don't want to waste them! I don't want to be old and sick because I was young and unfit.

Last night I was thinking that I must start some fitness program or other soon, and then today I got the email from NF about the new Six-Week Challenge. How's that for a sign?? So I'm signing up and I'm gonna give it my best shot. I'm a total fitness noob, and my diet isn't very good either. The only way is up! :D
