But now I've got the same plague that my family has...sore throat, fever, cough, body aches etc. When is it appropriate to throw in the towel for the day's workout? Today I was supposed to do an "easy walking workout, and core routine" but I only felt like sleeping and taking Advil.What do you do? Just pick up the next day? Try to adjust schedule? Work through the illness-it's only your body right? Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated. Working to become one strong mama. Link to comment
