msmith138 Posted September 28, 2012 Report Share Posted September 28, 2012 hello everyoneAt 6 ft 2" and 292 decided it was time to change what I had been living (eating wrong,not getting excrise , and not getting enought sleep) so far as of 14Jul2012 i have stopped drinking beer . I been on the low carb diet but after reading about the Paleodiet I well be switching to it . I have also started crossfit traing thanks to rec from a friend As for my goals I what to get back to a healthy wieght and become more active . short trem change eating habits and excrise habits adjust my lifestlye A bet longer trem I going to run a Warrior Dash or Spartan race they just look fun Link to comment

Never thought I'd say this, but I can totally live well without grains and beans! Sounds like you've got a good sense of your goals already. Have you picked a race out yet? Right now I got to get into shape i recentlly had trouble carry 15 pounds up two flights of stairs with out an asthma attact so I'm looking at late 2013 2014 races Link to comment
