If anyone wants a hardback, signed copy it looks like I can send one anywhere in the world for about $20-22. Shipping in the US looks like it will be about $10.00 or less not really sure yet on that. The book itself is $27.95. If you want me to get one for you send me a PM before noon tomorrow 2 October 2012 with your e-mail addy, address and what you want signed on it and I'll get one for you. I'll then do a Paypal invoice for the book plus shipping. My kindle copy should be arriving on my kindle tomorrow too.
