Roaringsheep Posted October 3, 2012 Report Share Posted October 3, 2012 I was able to hold myself above the bar (with chin up grip) for 5 seconds today!Pretty sure this is the first time it happened.. since I never held more than 0 second even when I was lighter. They'd pull the chair out from under me and I'd be lucky if I managed to hang on as I went straight down!Congratulations to you for making it as long as 5 seconds!!
