New here, so how does this work?

Hello everyone, my name is Sal. I currently a student living in Chicago and not in the physical and mental state I would like to be. I was in sports all four years of high school and loved it. Now I am in my second year of college and out of shape. I can't find much motivation to level up but I do want to start practicing Parkour. Its a long journey and a lot of work with school and other obligations. So any one have any tips, strategies, or a map of where to start because I want to take down a lot of dragons!!!

Heres the thread on starting your character I think we are to late to start the six week challange but there is a lot info here on diet and exersice you can browse and check out to get a better idea of what's going on.

Lvl- 1 Human Druid

Str - 4 Stam - 3 Dex - 2 Con- 2 Wis - 3 Cha-1
