Partly because its always good to know stuff and learn more but mostly because i think the topics of being healthy and in shape have lots of different opinions and points of view. So you just have to find out for yourself what you 'belive' and what does fit your style.Honestly, almost everything will work if its at least a bit seriously designed AND if you keep at it with determination.
