They're always shown at like 5% fat, which is only for performance or photo opps, not for everyday life.5% is BBing competition level. The only place you see men that lean is in fitness mags.For the most part, men and women alike to not find 5% BF attractive. The 8-10% area is thought of much more highly, and that level can be maintained indefinitely for everyday life if a man wishes to. It is not a performance hinderance at all, is perfectly healthy, and not overly difficult to diet down to (beyond that you get stubborn fat problems). currently cutting battle log challenges: 21,20, 19,18,17,16,15,14,13,12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 don't panic!
