eseng666
Hi guys. I don't think I'm actually new here in NF because I've been reading a lot of articles from NF. But still I am new here in the NF Forums. I'll also say that i'm kinda experienced (but totally not an expert!) when it comes to fitness and healthy living. Before I was 230lbs and I managed to cut it to 158lbs; but i didn't feel happy or satisfied. I noticed that i got weak (probably because of chronic cardio). And then i also got laid back and lost track of what i am doing and returned to 200 lbs (though probably less body fat% compared before due to weight lifting). Now I'm trying to do things right again and hopefully this will be for good. I hope you guys can back me up. I'll be posting a lot of questions/topics a bit later. Ciao for now!
