Hey Hey Hey!

My name is Jenn (aka - JDabs) and I am Co-Founder of a bootstrapped startup based out of Upstate New York.

I have been on and off with CrossFit for the past 2 years and am determined this time around to hit my weight loss and performance goals. So, today I started with Paleo and CrossFit (go big or go home, right?). I am looking to lose 30 pounds and conquer movements I think are super bada$$ to watch:

  • handstand pushups
  • pull-ups
  • ring dips
  • running without stopping and gasping for air

My biggest issue when it comes to staying on the straight and narrow, is motivation, so I hoping all of you can give me a gentle push (or giant slap, if needed) to keep going.

With that said, I am pumped and ready to conquer this next journey. Its time to get my mind, body and wallet (long story) in check.
