sumdawgtwigg Posted January 17, 2011 Report Share Posted January 17, 2011 I've really started stepping up my running back in december and it's finally starting to show. I've lost 15 pounds! That' puts me at 185. I would really like to get down to around 170 by the summer. It's also helped that I've almost completely cut out snacking, I try very hard to only eat 3 meals a day and nothing in between. I do let a couple of crabby patty candies in there every once in awhile tho, lol.
